2. SET IMMEDIATE APPTS - AVERAGE SHOW RATIOS FOR IMMEDIATE APPTS = 100%, SAME DAY APPTS - 60%, NEXT DAY APPT - 30%, TWO DAYS OR LATER - LESS THAN 7%.
